The History of Bingo Game
Every game has some kind of history that all players need to familiarize themselves with in order to be able to have fun and get some good money from it. The roots of this game stretch back to the year 1530 in Italy where it was a state run lotto referred to as "Lo Gioco del Lotto d'Italia". This lotto is still being played in Italy every Saturday. This lotto was then picked up by the French in the late 1700’s where it was now in different versions. One of these versions had a playing card that had nine columns as well as there rows together with four free spaces in each row. Players used to use wooden chips marked 1 to 90 with each column having 10 of these namely 1 to 10, 11 to 20, 21 to 30 and so forth.
A player was declared a winner if they were the first to cover one whole row. This bingo lotto game then started becoming popular in the whole of Europe. The game however started becoming popular in the US in 20th century.
